Asst Services Manager

Hand & Stone (Anthem, AZ) seeks an energetic, reliable Asst Services Manager with Hand & Stone experience to assist in managing daily operations, lead/mentor service (massage therapists, estheticians) & customer care teams (Sales Associates), and ensure exceptional quality. Drive sales, customer service, and team leadership across all service lines.

Responsibilities: Assist Spa Director, oversee all departments (Sales, Massage, Esthetics), achieve sales goals, train/coach service providers & sales, monitor inventory, ensure excellent service (including advanced treatments & customized plans), handle admin (inventory, sales reports), promote services, build client relationships, maintain spa environment, participate in training, assist with events, meet with management, email service teams, conduct quarterly evaluations, flexible schedule (30-35 hrs/wk, incl. 1 weekend day & evening).

Qualifications: 1-2 yrs Hand & Stone sales/customer service, service provider (massage/esthetics), strong sales record, knowledge of all services/products, excellent communication/organization, self-motivated leader, liability insurance (if applicable), independent/team player, flexible schedule. Zenoti experience preferred.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive base + commission, bonuses, sick pay, discounts, referral bonuses, contests, growth.
Compensation: $39,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
